Erik was with us every step and made sure all went smoothly so that our sale was not compromised by minute issues. Erik also went above and beyond to assist with minor details related to the sale such as being present when pool repairman came by since I was unavailable. If Erik helps you sell your home, you will have a full-service, “above and beyond” realtor in your corner. Bonus: I didn’t have to re-word anything on the MLS listing, and I’m typically a stickler for the verbiage when selling. 😄😄😄
I've had two separate transactions with Erik years apart I might add. This alone is a testament of how Erik maintains strong relationships with his current and former clients. Erik is professional in every aspect. His communication skills are extraordinary. He presents himself well and is not hesitant to share ideas and or feedback when appropriate. Erik has outstanding work ethic and it clearly shows he loves what he does. We have already discussed an additional transaction that will hopefully take place next year!
I cannot say enough good things about Erik, but for the character limitations available for a review, I know and can say a few things: (i) being in real estate myself, I can confirm that knows the neighborhood of Boca more than I have experienced previously, (ii) he is business oriented and tremendously responsive, and (iii) has access to contacts that make it more likely than not you will get the best deal (as a buyer or seller).
Erik was a great realtor for us! His insight was very helpful and his demeanor and attitude were exactly what we wanted. He is highly knowledgeable about the local market and seems to have an innate ability to sense what the client wants and adapt his approach accordingly.
